What is the purpose of food? It is meant to nourish the body. One can change so that food that was once unappealing will start to taste better than rich, unhealthy food that was earlier one’s favorite. Food and the taste buds are a good place to start practising self-control. You don’t have to fast or adopt strange diets, just move away from unhealthy foods and choose foods that are.
